Specialized Protection for Critical Infrastructure

Abrasive Blasting & Surface Preparation

Performed to SSPC/NACE standards to ensure coatings adhere properly and perform long-term. We tailor surface profiles to match manufacturer specs, setting the stage for lasting protection.

Protective Coating Systems

We apply multi-coat systems including 100% solids elastomeric polyurethanes, high-solids epoxies, and moisture-resistant urethanes—each engineered for chemically aggressive, high-humidity environments.

Application Techniques

Gas Zones & Digesters

We apply gas-impermeable linings to digesters, vaults, lids, and tank walls. These elastomeric polyurethane systems are built to resist hydrogen sulfide, methane, and gas attack in high-risk areas.

Clarifiers & Submerged Equipment

We coat clarifier mechanisms, launders, and tanks with abrasion- and immersion-resistant systems that stand up to constant submersion and wear.

Sludge, Manholes & Lift Stations

Our chemical-resistant linings—including Novolac, epoxies, and solvent-free elastomerics—are applied with strict dry film thickness (DFT) control to meet both safety and performance demands.

Process & Potable Water Systems

We protect internal and external piping and equipment from corrosion, erosion, and biofilm. Potable water systems are coated with NSF/ANSI 61-compliant materials for safe use.
